"Hilarious, great fun and far exceeded all expectation!"

"A brilliantly polished preview! West End standard."

" Took me back to my days at Oxford University, I was just like them (Jane and Tim)."

by Julian Slade and Dorothy Reynolds.

"From Shorts (1999) to Circus Tricks, Tête à Tête's trademark has been lightness of touch: a genial, playful, paper-moon style where comedy is deftly spiked with tragedy, and tragedy comes laced with laughter." - Anna Picard, Independent on Sunday August 2009

In one of the happiest and best-loved classic musicals ever, Timothy and Jane leave university to enter an enchanted sunny happy 1954 where a street piano makes everyone dance, uncorks our inner glee and turns all of our lives around for the better.

With its celebrated theatrical flair, Tête à Tête transforms the Riverside Studios into a magical park where you can savour the delicious comedy, delectable singing and breathtaking dancing from a café table, in a conventional seat at the theatre, or sit and lounge on the raised grassy banks up close to the action.
