ABOUT YOUR VISIT
We are working with our venue partners to do everything we can to make our performances as safe as possible.
We ask our audiences to stay at home if there is any risk at all of infection, to keep face coverings on throughout visits to our indoor venues other than when drinking, and to stick to one metre social distancing at all times.
At The Cockpit
We ask you to arrive in plenty of time in your bubbles. There will be a socially distanced queue outside the theatre, where we ask you to wait until your booking is checked (no tickets, just bring your order confirmation and a form of ID).
You will then be accompanied in your bubble through our one-way system to socially distanced seating in the auditorium, with the options to buy a drink from the bar and/or use the toilets on your way.
You’ll be shown where to leave should you need to during the performance. Otherwise, you will be invited to leave bubble by bubble at the end of the show.
You can then enjoy a drink at one of the extra tables now in the bar, or make your way outside and away.
There will be sanitiser and wipes throughout the building. We ask you to use these when you arrive and frequently after, and to avoid contact greetings, not to breach social distancing and avoid mask slippage while you are with us.
Our companies and audiences will include Clinically Extremely Vulnerable people. We want everyone to feel and be safe.
At the Round Chapel
Everything will be the same as the Cockpit (above) except that we will not run a bar.
These are free outdoor events with no booking – just turn up. The highly professional King’s Cross front of house team will keep you safe.
Watching or Listening to an Interactive Broadcast?
All indoor performances will also have Interactive Broadcasts. Cubitt Sessions will be posted online for free.
When you book for an interactive broadcast, you will receive an order confirmation. The link to the broadcast will then be in your Order Reminder email sent on the day of the broadcast. For those who prefer to access the broadcast by telephone, please call The Cockpit Box Office on 020 7258 2925.
If you can’t make the broadcast time, the recording will remain online and you can watch it whenever you like. All ticket holders can watch again as many times as they like for 28 days after the broadcast, and you are welcome to buy tickets after the live event.
