It is in the nature of survivors to rethink and reimagine in the face of uncertainty; resilience is second nature and the more flexible a company can be while maintaining its integrity, the more likely it is to survive and thrive. But when times are hard we need a little inspiration.
By examining some case studies and working together to formulate some general conclusions this meeting aims to help us strengthen our positions by feeding our imaginations with ideas for reinvention and resilience.
