November 2016. Deep in the bowels of a bunker in North Dakota, 20-some-year-olds Lieutenants Martinez and Walker have one job: launch nuclear missiles should the call from the Commander-in-Chief ever come. Above ground, a new president is about to be elected.
Join us for Minutes to Midnight’s Tête à Tête Avant-Première which will consist of curated selections, as well as a talk on this work-in-progress and “How to Create and Collaborate in the Time of Covid”.
The initial broadcast included, in addition to a viewing of the Minutes to Midnight’s Avant-Première, digital audiences having ticketed access to “Who Holds the Bombs?”, a panel discussion on the world’s current nuclear arsenal: which countries/leaders are in charge of them and what individual citizens can do to be more involved in supporting nuclear disarmament.
Age range: 15+, some strong language
