Tête à Tête’s Artistic Director Bill Bankes-Jones set out his vision for the future of opera in a TED-style talk as part of Curious? Festival of Futures on – a day of mind-bending talks, experiments and creative collaborations that took place on Saturday 23 July in King’s Cross.

Across the day there were also talks from the British Library’s artist-in-residence Richard Wright and Dr Mohsin Choudry from the Royal College of Physicians, as well as other features from the Royal Veterinary College, the Institute of Physics and Central Saint Martins’ Code Club – so we were in good company!
