After months of missed deadlines, ‘Rossini’ has been arrested until he finishes the show he promised his boss. There’s only one problem: the real Rossini retired years ago, and the guy in prison is a impersonator hired to impersonate the composer. Can you help him finish the opera and get released?

In Rossini and the Overture, you’ll join the impersonator in his prison cell and try to save the day. Mixing opera, interactive theatre, and collective music-making, this farcical tale is a great night for people of all ages, whether newcomers or veterans to the world of opera.

This is a work-in-progress sharing as the team test out their new approach to opera.

Age range: All ages, but mostly adults
