21:00-21:30, Saturday 12th September 2020
Conceived by: John Savournin and David Eaton
Music: David Eaton
This event was performed exclusively in The Imaginary Festival 2020.
A relationship played out via answering machines… two who are forced to live separately, and miss each other continuously, in more ways than one.
In response to the ever changing guidelines surrounding COVID 19 and live performance indoors, Charles Court Opera embraces creative limitations in conceiving this new, two-hand opera.
This production replaces CCO’s previously planned Olga’s Story, which has been cancelled. CCO wanted to create a new piece as a direct response to the global pandemic, and due to ongoing performance restrictions as a result of COVID 19. They hope to be able to present Olga’s Story in the future, with its full cast and production intentions.
All ages (mostly adults)
Produced by Charles Court Opera
Venue: hopefully* The Cockpit, Gateforth Street, London NW8 8EH.
