2024 sees us developing our own productions, supporting artists from the UK and around the world to stage new works, and firing up new audiences for new opera wherever we go.

A Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Production in association with Tête à Tête and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, at Wheal Martyn Clay Works, St Austell, St Agnes Miners & Mechanics’ Institute, St Agnes, Kresen Kernow, Redruth, and Geevor Tin Mine, Pendeen.
North East Composer Workshops, Newcastle, 14th & 15th May
Tête à Tête singers and Royal Northern Sinfonia players will workshop a number of works by NE based composers working with our Artistic Director Bill Bankes-Jones and Music Director Timothy Burke.
Revolutions, Britten Theatre London, 24th, 26th & 28th June
In association with The Royal College Of Music,
Tête à Tête brings its trademark theatrical magic to six short new operas by RCM composers performed by the college’s singers and instrumentalists.
GALA, Parks Sports Centre North Shields, Sunday 7th July
An intergenerational community cast of 200 teams up with Tête à Tête MD and singers and the full force of the Royal Northern Sinfonia to celebrate four centuries of opera in an opera gala.
